Our community projects in Cornwall work with hard to reach groups who face social, cultural or economic exclusion from the richness of media culture with a focus on improving the health and wellbeing of communities.
Two oral history and visual projects documenting the lives of Cornish communities during the pandemic. By contributing to this shared history of the pandemic, we hope to bring the community closer together and discover the incredible diversity of experiences and perspectives that can be found behind every door on every street. We hold family learning, young people and children's workshops with several of our projects, from film to animation to digital literacy. If you are interested in us hosting a workshop, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We have trained teachers with enhanced DBS staus.
Picturing the Highstreet
A visual history project
Mor Media worked with Photoworks and Historic England to invite you to look at the high street as never before. The photos contributed to a photographic archive of the English high street; charting and celebrating the history and experiences of the people and places that make up an often-overlooked fixture in all our lives.
